The Brief
Guaranteed Rate is a national mortgage broker that employed me as a marketing manager for the Middleton, WI branch. In this position, I incorporated a lot of graphic design and creativity into branding each loan officer in the branch as their own business.
Marketing Materials
Materials such as “popbys” (goodie bags for clients), flyers and GR merchandise was a regular part of the marketing job. I took the liberty to create my own designs for the loan officers. It was necessary for me use all the verbage and requirements that GR needed to approve the designs.
Social Media
I actively monitored and updated the Middleton GR Facebook and Instagram pages. On these pages I mainly created and posted information for homebuyers and the loan officers’ achievements.
