The Brief
Linda's business philosophy is defined by honesty, approachability, and being knowledgeable in real estate. She usually works with new buyers and enjoys teaching them about the homebuying process.
Design System
The branding identity called for non-organic and structural elements in the design. The logo and font use straight edges to establish a composition that is perfect for a real estate business.
The blue/brown combination of colors were chosen to establish a calm and trusting presence that Linda has with her clients.
Marketing Materials
Linda marketing strategy included mailings, invites, and social media. Most of the marketing materials were physical copies that were mailed to her database.
Some of the designs were invites to holiday events that Linda and I planned and others were simple greetings to remind the clients about Linda’s presence.
Social Media
Linda used Facebook to communicate with her clients and to share her best skills with potential clients. This included real estate stats, events in the area, and houses that Linda has sold.
